VBSKSA / EMAIL SETUP

Your mailbox.
Your way to work.

Connect an existing VBSKSA mailbox to the mail app you use every day. Start with Apple Mail’s setup profile or follow the Android and Outlook steps below.

No passwords are collected here. Enter your mailbox details only on your device or in your mail app.

One set of
secure settings.

Use the full mailbox address as the username for both incoming and outgoing mail.

If your app offers STARTTLS instead, SMTP port 587 with STARTTLS is an alternative. Keep IMAP on 993 with SSL/TLS.

Keep encryption enabled. If your app reports an expired, untrusted or mismatched server certificate, stop and contact your hosting support. Do not disable TLS or accept a certificate exception.

Apple Mail.
A head start on setup.

The profile fills in the secure server settings. During interactive installation, Apple asks for your email address, the incoming and outgoing usernames, and your mailbox password.

  1. Download on your device

Open this page in Safari on your iPhone or iPad and download the Apple Mail profile.

  2. Review and install in Settings

Open Settings → Profile Downloaded → Install. Review the VBSKSA Mail account payload. Your device may request its passcode to authorize installation.

  3. Enter your mailbox details

Enter your email address. For both usernames, enter the same full address, including @vbsksa.com. Enter the mailbox password when Apple asks; the profile requests one password for incoming and outgoing mail.

  4. Check Mail

Open Apple Mail and check whether the account connects. Send a test message and check for a reply yourself. Installing the profile alone does not verify the mailbox or delivery.

Reviewing or removing the profile

This profile is unsigned. Review its mail-server details before installation. An unsigned-profile label is separate from a mail-server certificate warning; do not bypass a server certificate warning.

Find installed profiles in Settings → General → VPN & Device Management. Removing this profile removes the account it configures from this device. Reinstalling the same profile replaces that configured account; use manual setup for additional mailboxes.

A few steps.
Your mail, connected.

Use manual IMAP setup for this mailbox. The Apple profile is for Apple Mail; it does not configure Android apps.

Menu labels can vary slightly by app version. Keep the settings table above nearby.

  1. Add an existing account

In Gmail, tap your profile picture, then Add another account → Other. Enter the full mailbox address and select Personal (IMAP).

  2. Set incoming mail

Enter the mailbox password in Gmail. Use mail5005.site4now.net, port 993, security SSL/TLS, and the full email address as username.

  3. Set outgoing mail

Use the same hostname, port 465 and SSL/TLS. Keep sign-in required and enter the full address and mailbox password for SMTP authentication.

  4. Finish and check

Complete the app prompts, choose your display name and check both incoming and outgoing mail. This guide does not perform an authentication or delivery test.

Choose IMAP.
Use your own mailbox.

Use the server settings above in Outlook’s manual or advanced account setup. This mailbox is an IMAP account, so choose IMAP when Outlook asks for the account type.

There is no single automatic setup file for every Outlook or Android version. Use the instructions that match your app.

Outlook on iPhone, iPad or Android
  1. Open Outlook’s Settings, then Add Account → Add Email Account. Enter your full mailbox address.
  2. If the account type is detected incorrectly, choose the option to change it, then select IMAP. Open Advanced Settings if server fields are not already visible.
  3. Enter the host, ports, encryption and full-address usernames from the settings table. Enter the existing mailbox password only in Outlook.
  4. For a field that combines server and port, use mail5005.site4now.net:993 for IMAP and mail5005.site4now.net:465 for SMTP. If the app has separate port fields, enter the hostname and port separately.
  5. Complete sign-in and check incoming and outgoing mail.
Classic Outlook for Windows
  1. Select File → Add Account and enter your email address.
  2. Select Advanced options → Let me set up my account manually → Connect → IMAP.
  3. Enter the table’s incoming and outgoing settings. Enable SMTP authentication with your full email address and mailbox password.
  4. Finish setup and check receiving and sending yourself.
New Outlook for Windows

Open View settings or File → Account info, then Accounts → Your accounts → Add Account. Enter the address and follow the prompts.

Use IMAP and manual/advanced server controls where your version offers them. If those controls are unavailable or discovery fails, use classic Outlook’s manual IMAP setup or consult Microsoft’s instructions for your version.

If setup does not connect

Check the full-address username for both servers, the password and the selected port/security combination. If the problem continues, contact your hosting support through an existing trusted channel. Do not send your password in a support email.

IMAP configures email. It does not provide Exchange calendar or contact synchronization.
