For an existing VBSKSA mailbox

Account type: IMAP
Incoming server: mail5005.site4now.net
Incoming port: 993
Incoming security: SSL/TLS
Outgoing server: mail5005.site4now.net
Outgoing port: 465
Outgoing security: SSL/TLS
Incoming and outgoing username: your full mailbox email address
Outgoing authentication: required, using your existing mailbox password
Alternative SMTP: port 587 with STARTTLS, if your app supports it

Use the mailbox password, not your hosting-panel password. Enter it only on
your device or in the mail app. This guide and the Apple profile contain no
password. Setup does not create a mailbox or reset an existing password.

IPHONE / IPAD — APPLE MAIL
1. Open the VBS mail setup page in Safari and download the .mobileconfig file.
2. Open Settings > Profile Downloaded > Install. Review the VBSKSA Mail payload.
   The device may ask for its passcode to authorize installation.
3. Enter your email address. Enter that full address again for BOTH incoming
   and outgoing usernames. Enter the mailbox password when Apple prompts.
   The profile requests one password for incoming and outgoing mail.
4. Open Apple Mail and check the connection, then send a test and check a reply.
   Profile installation alone does not verify mailbox authentication or delivery.

The profile is unsigned and configures one mail account only. It does not
enroll the device, install trust roots or change other accounts. Review it
before installing. A profile-signing label is distinct from a server-certificate
error; never bypass a server-certificate error. Find installed profiles under
Settings > General > VPN & Device Management. Removing this profile removes
its configured mail account from the device. Reinstalling replaces that same
profile/account; use manual setup for additional mailboxes.

ANDROID — GMAIL APP
1. Tap your profile picture > Add another account > Other.
2. Enter the full email address and choose Personal (IMAP).
3. Enter the existing mailbox password in Gmail. Supply the incoming hostname,
   port 993, SSL/TLS and full-address username from the secure settings above.
4. Supply the outgoing hostname, port 465 and SSL/TLS. Keep SMTP sign-in required
   and use the full email address and mailbox password.
5. Finish the prompts and test both incoming and outgoing mail yourself.

OUTLOOK — IPHONE / IPAD / ANDROID
1. Open Outlook Settings > Add Account > Add Email Account and enter the address.
2. If Outlook detects the wrong account type, change it to IMAP.
3. Open Advanced Settings and use the incoming/outgoing settings above.
4. If a server field combines host and port, use mail5005.site4now.net:993 for
   IMAP and mail5005.site4now.net:465 for SMTP. In separate port fields, enter
   only the numeric port. Enter the existing password only in Outlook.
5. Complete sign-in and test receiving/sending. Menu labels vary by version.

CLASSIC OUTLOOK — WINDOWS
File > Add Account > enter address > Advanced options > Let me set up my account
manually > Connect > IMAP. Enter the secure settings above. Enable outgoing
authentication with the full address and mailbox password. Finish and test mail.

NEW OUTLOOK — WINDOWS
View settings (or File > Account info) > Accounts > Your accounts > Add Account.
Follow the prompts and use IMAP/manual/advanced controls where your version
offers them. If discovery fails or those controls are unavailable, use classic
Outlook's manual IMAP setup or Microsoft's guidance for your version.

IMPORTANT LIMITS
The Apple profile does not configure Android or Outlook. No universal automatic
setup file is provided. IMAP connects email, not Exchange calendars/contacts.
These instructions do not perform authentication or sending/receiving tests.
If a certificate is expired, untrusted or mismatched, stop and contact hosting
support through an existing trusted channel. Do not turn off TLS, accept a
certificate exception or send your password in a support email.
